London Dungeon Rental – The Serpent Rooms

 

What is the cost of hire?

Bookings are a minimum of 2 hours and are £100 for 2 hours.

Any local and regular dommes are offered lower rates. Email me for more info.

Each additional hour is £40 per hour. So three hours is £140, four hours is £180, five hours is £220.

An all day booking (8 hours, 9am -5pm) can be arranged for £250 for the day. Longer bookings can be negotiated.

Can I hire overnight?

Yes. The cost for a 12 hour overnight booking costs £170 for bookings Sunday night to Thursday night. Weekend overnight bookings of 12 hours are £200. If you want a longer overnight booking then let me know. There may be a small extra cost for additional hours.

Is there somewhere to sleep?

Yes. There is a double bed with all sheets and bedding provided.

Is there parking?

It is permit holders only between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours it is free to park on our road. There are some pay and display bays and car parks in the area around Seven Sisters station N15. Please ask for more information when you book.

How do I make a booking?

How many people can be accommodated?

The prices stated on the website apply to individuals, couples and groups up to three people. If you have a group of 4 or more please email for a quote. There will be a small extra cost depending on how many people and how long your booking is. The maximum capacity for any group is 6 people.

Can I smoke inside?

If you have a long booking and cannot live without a cigarette you can smoke, but only in the downstairs part of the building (reception room and main dungeon room). Therefore we can accommodate smoking fetish in the main room. Smoking is not permitted upstairs. You can also go outside to smoke, but discretion and conventional clothing is essential. Please be very careful with cigarettes and the equipment and do not drop cigarette butts anywhere, including outside the venue on the floor.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes you can, although please be very careful not to accidentally mix any items up and take any of my equipment when you leave. I will be checking the inventory after every booking to ensure all equipment and items remain in the rooms.

Will I have total privacy?

Yes. We pride ourselves on allowing complete privacy to do as you wish throughout your booking period. There is a short tour and a briefing on the rules and instructions and then you are left to your own devices. I will not be sitting in the room next door while you play, which could make you feel uncomfortable. I am therefore trusting that you will practice only safe and consensual fun and take good care of play partners and the equipment.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

I am now asking for full payment upfront for bookings via bank transfer or online card payment (3% service charge), which is discrete and convenient for international transfers. Booking fees are non refundable. If you wish to change the date of your booking, you are able to do so as long as you give us at least two weeks notice. This is because I would have held the venue for you and turned away other bookings.
